PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID Clymer Library in Pocono Pines, Monroe County, is seeking Individual bids from parking lot paving contractors. The scope of the project is to remove the existing parking lot, replace it with a base and top blacktop, install a speed bump, and paint lines. Project will start in Fall 2026.
