PUBLIC NOTICE INVITATION TO BID VILLAGE OF ASHLEY, MICHIGAN The Village of Ashley, Michigan will receive sealed bids for the Complete Reconstruction, Pulverization, Fine Grading, and Repaving with 2.5" Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA) of designated streets, consisting of two lanes with a total roadway width of 22 feet. Bids will be accepted at the Village of Ashley Municipal Offices, 114 South Sterling Street, Ashley, MI 48806, until 4:00pm on March 30, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 2pm on March 12, 2026 at the Village of Ashley Community Center located at 110 S. Sterling Street, Ashley, MI 48806, followed by a site tour. Bid documents and specifications may be obtained during regular business hours at the Village Offices or by email request to villageclerk@ashleyvillage.net or robertstudt@ashleyvillage.net Each bid must be accompanied by the required bid security. The Village reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive irregularities, and to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to the Village.
