Zoning Board of Adjustment
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Applicant Gediminas Marcinkevicius has applied to Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for bulk variance/ plot plan approval to construct a two-story, single-family home on the vacant property. This property is located in the R-3 zone at Harmony Road, Jackson Township, NJ 08527, also known as Block 902, Lot 31 as shown on the official tax map of Jackson Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Lot area 40,008.8 sq. ft existing/proposed, whereas 130,000 sq. ft. required; Lot width 129.35' existing/proposed, whereas 200' required; Lot depth 309' existing/proposed, whereas 400' required; Front yard setback +/- 79' to covered porch proposed, whereas 80' required; Side setback 31'/34.35' proposed, whereas 50' required; applicant also seeks any such d variance relief for density as may be required by the zoning board.
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Jackson Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on May 20, 2026 in the Municipal Building at 95 West Veterans Highway, Jackson, NJ 08527. The meeting will commence at 7:00 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application.
