PUBLIC NOTICE: KEANSBURG PLANNING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT - NOTICE OF HEARING Feb 9th 2026 @ 6:00pm PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Keri Luethke & Christopher Corcoran submitted a Development Application to the Borough of Keansburg with respect to the property located at 11 Waterview Place, Keansburg, New Jersey, more formally identified as Block 24 , Lot 2 , Keansburg, New Jersey (R-5A Zone). Specifically, the Applicant is seeking Site Plan Approval, Use Variance Approval, Bulk Variance Approval, and / or other potential relief associated with the request to effectuate the following: elevate an existing single-family dwelling and construct an additional level with a modest addition and deck, maintaining use as a single-family home. The Application will require approval for the following Variance(s): The application requests variance relief for: lot area (R:5,000sqft, E:1,750sqft, P:1,750sqft), lot frontage (R:50', E:25', P:25'), front yard setback (R:25', E:9.5', P:9.5;), side yard setback (R:7.5', E:2.9', P:2.9'), rear yard setback (R:25', E:21.1', P:21.1', lot diameter (R:35', E:<35', P:34.9'), and building coverage (R:25%, E:34.1%, P:37.5%), all of which are either existing nonconforming conditions or result from the proposed improvements. The Public Hearing will take place on February 9th, 2026 at 6:00p.m. Members of the Public are welcome to, and encouraged to, observe / participate / attend the Hearing. The Application information / plans will likely be available for public inspection, on the Borough Website at least ten (10) days in advance of the Hearing.
