PUBLIC NOTICE - LAFOURCHE PARISH SHERIFF'S OFFICE - REQUEST FOR STATEMENTS OF QUALIFICATIONS CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT-RISK SERVICESPart A—Preconstruction Services (Design Assist)Part B—Construction Services RIVER PARISHES REGIONAL JUVENILE DETENTION CENTER(64-BED FACILITY)(FP&C Project No. 50-R53-24-01) The Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office (LPSO) is requesting statements of qualifications from qualified and licensed general contractors to provide comprehensive pre-construction and construction management at-risk services for the construction of the River Parishes Regional Juvenile Detention Center (64-bed facility). Qualifications Statements will be evaluated by the Selection Review Committee based upon the following criteria: 1. Firm Background 2. Safety Record 3. Relevant Project Experience 4. CMAR / Alternative Delivery Project Experience 5. Methodology / Schedule 6. Staffing 7. Interview/Presentation (If requested by the LPSO) The official Request for Qualifications Packet, along with preliminary plans (30%), and other documents may be obtained from Mr. Bill Peterson, Grace Design Studios, via email at bpetersen@grace-design.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 18, 2026. A mandatory pre-submission project meeting will be held on March 10, 2026, at 10:30 am at the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office, 102 W. 2nd Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana. Interested firms must attend the pre-submission project meeting to submit a qualifications statement and be considered responsive to this solicitation. Firms will be provided access to the project site following the meeting. Proposals must hand-delivered to the attention of Ms. Angela Labat, Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office, 102 W. 2nd Street, Thibodaux, Louisiana 70301 before 4:00 PM on March 26, 2026 (the "Submission Deadline"). Any Proposals received after the submission deadline will not be considered. The LPSO reserves the right to reject any or all proposals for just cause. Interested firms must maintain a current contractor license with the Louisiana State Licensing Board for Contractors for the major classification of Building Construction and certify that they are licensed contractors under Chapter 24 of Title 37 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes.
