PUBLICATION FORM FOR PLANNING BOARD VARIANCE
TAKE NOTICE, that on April 9th 2026 at 7 P.M. at Borough Hall, 480 Prospect Avenue, Little Silver, New Jersey, a hearing will be conducted by the Planning Board of the Borough of Little Silver on the application of the undersigned in connection with the construction of 7' high columns with a fence that varies from 4'-6' across front yard at 47 Paag circle Little Silver, and known as Block 66 and lot 21on the Tax Map of the Borough of Little Silver which violates:
8.14.B. 1. Walls and fences, which are not open fences as defined in this chapter, located in a
front yard, or within 50 feet of any river, lagoon or other body of water, shall not
exceed 36 inches in height
5.7.A. An accessory structure attached to a principal structure shall comply in all respects
with the yard requirements of this chapter for the principal structure. Detached
accessory structures shall be located in other than a front yard, and if located in a side
or rear yard area shall be setback as provided in Article 10 of the ordinance from all
lot lines, except that one storage shed containing 100 square feet or less of floor area
and not more than 12 feet in height measured from the existing finished grade may
be located not less than eight feet from any side or rear lot line.
The applicant further seeks any and all other variances as required.
The application and related documents are on file at the office of the Clerk of the Borough of Little Silver and may be examined during regular business hours. All persons wishing to be heard with regard to said application may appear at the time and place set forth above, and they will be given an opportunity to be heard.
