PUBLIC NOTICE LOUISIANA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY (LDEQ) CLEAN HYDROGEN WORKS, LA-2, L.L.C. - LA-2 FACILITY ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLETENESS DETERMINATION The LDEQ, Office of Environmental Services, has reviewed a Title V, Prevention of Significant Deterioration (PSD) and Acid Rain permit application from Clean Hydrogen Works, LA-2, L.L.C., 1000 Post & Paddock St., Ste. 104, Houston, TX 75050 for the LA-2 Facility and determined that it is administratively complete. The application was received on November 7, 2025. The facility is located at 4519 Hwy 405 in Donaldsonville, Ascension Parish. Clean Hydrogen Works, LA-2, L.L.C. - LA-2 Facility proposes to apply for a Title V permit, PSD permit and an Acid Rain permit. This permit is to be processed as an expedited permit in accordance with LAC 33:I.Chapter 18.
