PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Jim Anderson has applied to Manchester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/ variance approval to construct a single-family home at the residential property. This property is located in the R-10 Zone at 31 Third Street, Manchester Township, NJ 08759, also known as Block 43, Lot 4 as shown on the official tax map of Manchester Township.
The Applicant seeks the following variances and/or design waivers for relief from the following requirements:
Lot area 5,000 sq. ft. existing/proposed, whereas 10,000 sq.ft. required; lot width 50' existing/proposed, whereas 100' required; lot frontage 50' existing/proposed, whereas 100' required; improvable lot area 1,320 sq. ft. proposed, whereas 5,800 sq. ft. required; first floor elevation above average crown of road 18" proposed, whereas 24" min to 48" max required; driveway setback to P.L. 3' proposed, whereas 5' required;
The applicant may seek additional variances and/or waivers and exceptions or interpretations as required by law or Manchester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment including but not limited for re-approval and/or reaffirmation of any and all other relief that may have been granted in any prior applications.
This application will be heard by Manchester Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on May 28, 2026 in the Municipal Building at 1 Colonial Drive, Manchester, New Jersey. The meeting will commence at 6:30 P.M. at which time you may appear either in person or by an attorney and present any objection or questions you may have to the granting of this application. The application and supporting documents of this application are on file with the Zoning Board of Adjustment Secretary and are available for during regular business hours at the office of the Secretary at the Municipal Building.
