PUBLIC NOTICE MONTVILLE TOWNSHIP NOTICE OF HEARING Please take Notice: That 95 Taylortown Road LLC has applied to the Montville Township Zoning Board for approval to raze an existing single-family dwelling to reconstruct a new updated single-family home and to approve required "C" variances for a deficient front yard setback to the proposed dwelling, deficient rear yard setbacks to the proposed dwelling and elevated courtyard, and excessive building and impervious coverages, and any other variances and/or waivers that may be required , on the premises located at 95 Taylortown Road, Block 33, Lot 34.1 on the tax map of the Township of Montville. A public hearing will be held on July 1st, 2026, at 7:00pm at the Montville Township Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ, or virtually via Webex or soon thereafter as said matter can be reached. The file on said application is available for public inspection in the Land Use Office (973-331-3319) at the Municipal Building, 195 Changebridge Road, Montville, NJ , during normal business hours, 9 am to 4 pm. Interested persons may appear at said meeting and heard. Continuation of said hearing, if necessary, will be scheduled at that time. If not continued, a vote may be taken at said meeting.
