NOTICE OF DECISION
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on June 8, 2026 the Township of Washington Zoning Board granted use variance approval with a site plan waiver for Demaio Dynasty, LLC (the "Applicant"). The property for which the approval was granted is Block 151, Lot 3.02 on the official tax map of the Township of Washington, commonly known as 5021 New Jersey 42, Turnersville, New Jersey 08012. The Applicant received approval from Section 285-100(A) from the Township's ordinance to permit multi-tenant professional offices and professional services within the property; Section 285-103(B) to permit the preexisting nonconforming lot width of 99.26 feet; Section 285-103(E) to permit the preexisting nonconforming front yard of 25.7 feet; Section 285-103(F) to permit a preexisting side yard of 1.5 feet and less than 20 feet aggregate; Section 285-103(D) to permit a preexisting nonconforming lot coverage of 90%.
On July 13, 2026, The Zoning Board adopted Resolution R 34-2026 memorializing that determination. Copies of the applications, plans, reports, drawings, and the Resolution are on file in the office of the Washington Township Zoning Board of Adjustment.
