PUBLIC NOTICE: NOTICE OF INTENT TO FILE Please take notice that Stage Neck Owners Association (SNOA) 4 Stage Neck Rd, York, ME, 03909, through their agent, Attar Engineering Inc., 1284 State Road, Eliot ME 03903, (207) 439-6023, info@attarengineering.com is intending to file a Land Permit Application with the Maine Department of Environmental Protection pursuant to the provisions of 38 M.R.S. §420-D on or about: 05/15/2026 The application is for: Stage Neck Owners Association to provide structural and vegetative practices to stabilize the shoreline and provide additional resiliency for the expected more frequent storm events and sea-level rising at the following location: 9 Stage Neck Road, Tax Map 58/Lot 10A. A request for a public hearing must be received by the Department in writing no later than 20 days after the application is found by the Department to be complete and is accepted for processing. A public hearing may or may not be held at the discretion of the Commissioner or Board of Environmental Protection.
