PUBLIC NOTICE - NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET NOTICE TO PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 200 FEET TAKE NOTICE that on the 27th day of April 2026, at 7:30 p.m., a hearing will be held before the Wayne Township Planning Board at the Municipal Building, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, New Jersey 07470, on the application of the undersigned, as attorneys for Stonebridge at Wayne Homeowners Association, Inc. ("the HOA"), for major site plan approval (preliminary and final), and any other associated variances or waivers as deemed necessary by the Board, for a deck replacement project for the Townhouse units within the HOA, located at Block 3000, Lots 95-380, in the PUD Zone, on the Wayne Township Tax Map. Plans and related documents are on file in the office of the Planning Board, Municipal Building, 475 Valley Road, Wayne, New Jersey, and may be inspected by interested persons during regular office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) Monday through Friday. This application is on the Planning Board's public hearing agenda for public hearing to be held on April 27, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building. Any interested party may appear at said hearing and participate therein in accordance with the rules of the Planning Board.
