PLEASE TAKE NOTICE:
That Raymond Goslin applied to the Ocean Township Zoning Board of Adjustment for plot plan/variance approval to construct a second floor addition and covered front porch at property located at 104 Whippany road also known as Block 272, Lot 79. Specifically, the Applicant sought plot plan/variance approvals for front yard setback (dwelling), front yard setback (covered porch), and rear yard setback.
This application was heard by the Ocean Township Zoning Board of Adjustment at a public meeting on January 15, 2026 where the application was granted under Resolution No. 04-26-BA. The Ocean Township Zoning Board of Adjustment adopted the Resolution granting this approval at a public meeting held on February 19, 2026.
