PUBLIC NOTICE OF ABANDONED VESSEL (JET SKI) This is a final notice. Notice is hereby given that Red Oak, LLC, located at 1031 Route 18, Unit 1, East Brunswick, New Jersey 08816, is in possession of the following jet ski deemed abandoned: Owner: Gary Rush, 19 Pine Hill Rd, Millstone, NJ; Description: Red Kawasaki Ultra 250, NJ Registration NJ2288 HC. The owner and any lienholders of record are hereby notified that they have thirty (30) days from the date of this notice to remove the jet ski and pay all outstanding balances and charges, including but not limited to storage fees. Failure to act within this time period may result in the jet ski being destroyed, sold, salvaged, or otherwise disposed of in accordance with New Jersey law.
