To: All Mortgagees of Record for Lots within the Mile High Estates Conservation Development
Please take notice that Shane and Rebecca Coors, as Lot Owners within the Mile High Estates Conservation Development, have proposed and adopted an Amendment to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Easements for Mile High Estates Conservation Development (the "Declaration"). The Amendment was adopted in accordance with Article XIV, Section 3 of the Declaration, by the affirmative vote of more than sixty-six percent (66%) of the Lot Owners.
The purpose of the Amendment is to correct a scrivener's error that mistakenly included Lot 6 and Residual Lot A in the Common Interest Community governed by the Declaration and Mile High Estates HOA.
Legal Description of Subject Property:
Lots 1–5 and Outlots A, B, and C, Mile High Estates Conservation Development, being a replat of:
Lot 2, Amended Plat of the Amended Plat of Lot 1, Saulcy M.R.D. No. 94-EX0586 and a portion of the Warberg Exemption No. 43-74, all of which is situated in:
A portion of the Southeast Quarter of Section 29, Township 5 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., County of Larimer, State of Colorado.
Pursuant to the Declaration, any mortgagee that does not submit a written objection within sixty (60) days of this notice will be deemed to have consented.
