PUBLIC NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR OIL AND GAS WASTE FACILITY PERMIT Schlumberger Technology Corporation ("SLB") hereby gives public notice of its application to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil and Gas Resources Management (ODNR-DOGRM), for a permit related to an oil and gas waste facility. The Applicant has submitted an application for an Oil and Gas Waste Facility Permit for a facility located at: Facility Name:SLB Strasburg Address/Location: 211 Zeltman Ave NE Township/City: Strasburg, Franklin Township County: Tuscarawas County SLB filed this permit application to comply with updated ODNR permitting requirements. The Strasburg facility, which opened in 2016, will not change its operations or expand as part of this application. The permit would allow this facility to continue preserving quality drilling fluid for reuse in future oil and gas operations. SLB remains committed to safe and environmentally responsible work.
