PUBLIC NOTICE OF APRIL 6, 2026, ORGANIZATIONAL AND FISCAL MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GRANDVIEW CROSSING COMMUNITY AUTHORITY
Notice is hereby given that an organizational and fiscal meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Grandview Crossing Community Authority will be held on Monday, April 6, 2026, commencing at 4:00 p.m. at 710 Grandview Crossing Way; The Little Grand Market 2nd Floor Event Space
Columbus, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to select officers of the Board of Trustees; to consider a resolution approving the Authority's budget; to consider a resolution approving the issuance of bonds and related financings for a parking garage; consider a resolution approving the purchase of certain land currently leased by the Authority from Franklin County and amend agreements with the City of Columbus related to that land; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees. This meeting is open to the Public.
