Saint Joseph County (227 Jefferson Blvd. South Bend, IN 46601) is submitting a Notice of Intent, notifying the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: Saint Joseph County: Douglas and Bittersweet Intersection Improvements. Work consists of construction of a new round-about with stormwater improvements at the intersection of Douglas Rd. and Bittersweet Rd. Project runoff will discharge into Willow Creek and the St Joseph River.
