PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY

PUBLIC NOTICE OF CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITY The City of South Bend (215 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Suite 400 South Bend, IN 46601) is submitting an NOI letter to notify the Indiana Department of Environmental Management of our intent to comply with requirements of the Construction Stormwater General Permit (CSGP) to discharge stormwater from construction activities for the following project: South Bend - Coal Line Trail Phase III. Proposed project includes construction of a 10-foot to 12-foot wide, 0.6-mile long multi-use path. Project begins at the Linden Ave. and College St. intersection. Then proceeds north along College St. to terminate at the Lincoln Way and College St. intersection. Project runoff will discharge into Saint Joseph River via unnamed tributaries.
