PUBLIC NOTICE OF DEFAULT
FOUNDATION POINTE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. ("FPOA") and all officers, agents, assigns, attorneys, and representatives are irrevocably in Default. Default was established through multiple sworn affidavits, multiple notarial presentments, and a final Notarial Certificate of Default. Perfected filings include UCC-1 Notice (Iowa SOS #E25049415-3), Recorded Fee Schedule (Pima Co., AZ #20250150004), and Recorded Notice (Polk Co., IA #2025-00073888) confirming FPOA never has had, does not have, and is permanently barred from claiming any right, title, interest, authority, or standing over the private property. FPOA failed to rebut any affidavit; silence is admission and the record is final. Any lien, levy, encumbrance, foreclosure, or claim by FPOA is null, void, unlawful, and without standing, as FPOA holds no right, no title, no interest, and no authority of any kind. This Notice binds all parties.
