PUBLIC NOTICE OF ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW for Mill Pond Salt Marsh Restoration Project PROJECT: Mill Pond Salt Marsh Restoration Project LOCATION: O Mill Pond Road, Truro, MA PROPONENT: Town of Truro The undersigned submitted an Expanded Environmental Notification Form ("EENF") and Proposed Environmental Impact Report ("PEIR") to the Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs on or before June 15, 2026. This initiated review of the above project pursuant to the Massachusetts Environmental Policy Act ("MEPA," M.G.L. c. 30, ss. 61-62L). Copies of the EENF/PEIR may be obtained from: Mitchell Buck, P.E. The Secretary of Energy & Environmental Affairs will publish notice of the EENF/PEIR in the Environmental Monitor, receive public comments on the project, and then decide if the dual EENF/PEIR meet the requirements for a Rollover Environmental Impact Report. A site visit and/or remote consultation session on the project may also be scheduled. All persons wishing to comment on the project, or to be notified of a site visit and/or remote consultation session, should email MEPA@mass.gov or the MEPA analyst listed in the Environmental Monitor.
