PUBLIC NOTICE OF GRAVE RECLAMATION UNDER THE NEW JERSEY CEMETERY ACT In accordance with the provisions of the New Jersey Cemetery Act, specifically New Jersey Administrative Code Section 13:44J-5.7 RECLAMATION OF INTERMENT SPACES OR NICHES, notice is hereby given to the public, owners and heirs of owners that interment spaces 1-53, 59-72 and 74-86 located in the East Addition of the Englewood Cemetery dba Brookside Cemetery, 425 Engle Street in the City of Englewood, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey are subject to reclamation under N.J.A.C. 13:44J-5.7. A copy of the survey of the interment spaces subject to reclamation is available in the office located at 425 Engle Street or the Cemetery website accessible at https://www.brooksidecemetery.net/. If you are a family member, heir or representative of the owner of the interment spaces, Elizabeth Cutter Morrow (d. 1955) or of any of the four interments located in a portion of the interment space: Elisabeth Reeve Morrow (December 7, 1934, space 58), Dwight W. Morrow (October 7, 1931, space 57 and 58)), Elizabeth Cutter Morrow (January 26, 1955, spaces 54 and 55) and Constance Cutter Morrow Morgan (October 26, 2001, spaces 56 and 73), or of the last known heirs of the owners or interments, Reeve Lindbergh and Elizabeth Pendleton, or if you believe you have a legal claim to the interment space, you are required to serve a written objection to Michael Benedict, President of the Englewood Cemetery Association dba Brookside Cemetery, 425 Engle Street in the City of Englewood, County of Bergen, State of New Jersey within 30 days from the date of this published notice.
