PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING BATTINELLI FAMILY FARM, LLC SITE-SPECIFIC AGRICULTURAL MANAGEMENT PLAN (SSAMP) A public hearing will be held regarding a Site-Specific Agricultural Management Plan (SSAMP) submitted to the Passaic County Agricultural Development Board (PCADB). This hearing is scheduled as follows: Date: December 15, 2025 Time: 5:30 pm Location: Dey Mansion Museum, 199 Totowa Road, Wayne, NJ 07470 The purpose of this hearing is to review the SSAMP for the agricultural operation located at 600 Westbrook Rd, Ringwood, NJ 07480 (Block 200, Lot 6). This plan is being evaluated in accordance with the New Jersey Right to Farm Act (N.J.S.A. 4:1C-1 et seq.) and any applicable agricultural standards, including but not limited to the following practices to be considered at the hearing: construction of a farmstand, barn and equipment shed for food production, hay bailing and wildflower harvesting. All documents related to the SSAMP application are on file with the PCADB and may be viewed by the public during regular business hours (8:30AM – 4:30PM) at the Passaic County Department of Planning and Economic Development, 401 Grand Street, Room 417, Paterson, NJ 07505. Interested parties can attend the hearing and may provide public comments on the matter.
