PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING ON PROPOSED RATE SCHEDULE ADJUSTMENT HAMILTON TOWNSHIP MUNICIPAL UTILITIES AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that the Hamilton Township Municipal Utilities Authority (HTMUA) has scheduled a Public Hearing. The Rate Hearing will begin at 6:30 PM on Wednesday, December 10, 2025, in the Public Meeting Room of the Hamilton Township Building located at 6101 Thirteenth Street, Mays Landing, NJ, to consider proposed adjustments to the rates, fees, and charges for water and/or sewer service. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding the proposed rate changes prior to their adoption by the Authority's Board. A copy of the proposed rate schedule will be available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Authority's office located at 6101 Thirteenth St, Ste 211, Mays Landing, NJ, and on the Authority's website at www.htmua.com, beginning November 19, 2025.
