PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that on the 17th day of March 2026, at 7:00pm at the Municipal Building, 965 Broadway, West Long Branch, New Jersey, a Public Hearing will be held before the West Long Branch Planning and Zoning Board to consider the application of Krysta Gleeson Parker and Eric Parker residing at 110 Wall Street designated as Block 25, Lot 7 on the official tax map (Block)25 (Lot Number) 7 of the Borough of West Long Branch, Zone District R-15., at which time and place all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. The applicant seeks the following: A second floor addition not expanding on existing structural footprint and a side yard variance (18-5.1) The applicant also seeks any and all other variances or waivers as may be required in connection of this application.
