PUBLIC NOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Harrison at its meeting to be held on April 9, 2026 at 7:00 P.M. at the Municipal Building, 1 Heineman Place, Harrison, NY, to hear and consider an application of Renaissance Harrison, LLC, an affiliate of Rose Group Enterprise, Inc. d/b/a Rose Equities and K&K Developers, Inc. d/b/a Garden Communities for a Special Exception Use Permit pursuant to §235-14, §235-16 and §235-17 of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Harrison, proposing the following: redevelopment project, including a mixed use, residential-centric luxury community to be known as "Renaissance Harrison", consisting of an SB-0 Multifamily Residential project and an SB-0 retail use, retail service use, or restaurant use on property more specifically known as 80 West Red Oak Lane and designated as Block 0621 Lot(s) 04 on the Tax Assessment Map of the Town of Harrison. This Special Exception Use Permit received a Findings Statement from the Town of Harrison Planning Board, as Lead Agency, for the purposes of the State Environmental Quality Review Act.
