PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENT TO ISSUE AN INDUSTRIAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT TO GENERAL MILLS OPERATIONS, LLC.
The City of Great Falls Public Works Department Environmental Division intends to renew and modify a Permit to Discharge Industrial Wastewater to General Mills Operations, LLC., 2500 9th Ave N, Great Falls, MT 59401. Section 13.12.050.G.2 of the Official Code of the City of Great Falls requires that the City take public comments on a draft permit for a period of thirty days and consider all comments that are received and incorporate any comments as appropriate prior to issuing the permit. A copy of the draft permit and supporting permit rationale documents may be reviewed at the City of Great Falls Public Works Administration Building; 1005 25th Avenue Northeast; Great Falls MT, 59403, during normal business hours, or on the City of Great Falls web page at https://greatfallsmt.gov/1024/Industrial-Pretreatment-Draft-Permits.
