PUBLIC NOTICE OF LIQUIDATION Public notice is hereby given that Buck Island Production, L.L.C., a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Louisiana (the "Company"), and domiciled in Caddo Parish, Louisiana, is to be dissolved and liquidated out of court, voluntarily, pursuant to the Articles of Dissolution dated the 10th day of February, 2026 approved by the members of the Company. Mickey Quinlan, whose address is 625 Market Street, Suite 100, Shreveport, LA 71101, has been appointed liquidator. All creditors of this Company should submit claims to the Liquidator at the above referenced address immediately describing the name of the creditor and the nature and amount of the claim. A claim against the dissolved company will be extinguished by peremption unless a proceeding to enforce the claim is commenced within three years of the publication of this notice under Louisiana Revised Statutes 12:1-1407 (subject to earlier peremption pursuant to Louisiana Revised Statutes 12:1-1406(C), if applicable, and subject to sooner prescription by operation of law).
