PUBLIC NOTICE OF NJDEP APPLICATION Take notice that an application for a Letter of Interpretation (LOI) – Regulatory Line Verification will be submitted to the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP), Division of Land Resource Protection for the project area described below: APPLICANT: New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA) 1 Turnpike Plaza Woodbridge, NJ 07095 PROJECT NAME: NJTA is requesting the LOI to have NJDEP review and verify the jurisdictional limits of freshwater wetlands and State open waters within a certain project area along the Turnpike.
