PUBLIC NOTICE OF OCTOBER 13, 2025, MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE MARBLE CLIFF QUARRY COMMUNITY AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Marble Cliff Quarry Community Authority (the "Authority") will be held on Monday, October 13, 2025, commencing at 3:00 p.m. at 842 North Fourth Street, Suite 200, Columbus, Ohio. The purposes of the meeting are to consider resolutions budgeting and appropriating community development charges for the year 2026 in order to pay expenses of the Authority and authorizing the issuance of up to $10 million of revenue bonds of the Authority to acquire a community center within the Authority's new community district; and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
