PUBLIC NOTICE OF PRACTICE CLOSURE AND TRANSFER OF CUSTODIANSHIP OF MEDICAL RECORDS Central Florida Cancer & Blood Center announces that it will permanently cease operations and close its medical practice effective July 1, 2026. Ravi Koti, MD, his nurse practitioner and staff will be joining Florida Cancer Specialists & Research Institute, LLC on July 1 , 2026 and will continue to see patients at same location. Patients are advised that medical records maintained by Central Florida Cancer & Blood Center will continue to be preserved in accordance with applicable state and federal laws.
