PUBLIC NOTICE OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATION The Department of Environmental Protection announces receipt of a permit application to construct and operate a solid waste disposal facility from International Paper Company, 375 Muscogee Road, Cantonment, Florida 32533. The facility known as Rock Crossing Landfill is located four miles west of the IP Mill along the south side of Muscogee Road in Cantonment, Florida, Escambia County, Florida. This application is being processed and is available for public inspection during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except legal holidays, at the following location: Department of Environmental Protection, 160 W.
