PUBLIC NOTICE OF SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE RIVERSOUTH AUTHORITY Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Trustees of the RiverSouth Authority will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, commencing at 10:00 a.m. at the Downtown Columbus, Inc. office located at 150 S. Front St., Suite 210, Columbus, OH 43215. The purposes of the meeting are to elect officers, to consider the 2026 operating budget, to consider expenditure of Authority funds for improvement of real property, to provide updates to Board members on upcoming financings, and to consider any other business as may properly come before the Board of Trustees.
