PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE SIERRA HEIGHTS, LLC plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from the construction of a multifamily housing development and associated site plan improvements located in a part of the SW 1/4 Section 6, Township 83 North, Range 22 West, Story County, Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from one point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: The city of Nevada's storm sewer system tributary to West Indian Creek tributary to South Skunk River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
