PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE City of Urbandale plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from Reconstruction of NW 142nd Street and Waterford Road / SW 37th Street, from Oakwood Drive to Meadow Drive located in NW & SW 1/4 Sec. 7 T79N R25W, NW & SW 1/4 Sec. 18 T79N R25W, NE & SE 1/4 Sec. 12 T79N R26W, NE & SE 1/4 Sec. 13 T79N R26W. Storm water will be discharged from 4 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Walnut Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
