PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE The City of Clive plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under an NPDES General Permit, General Permit No. 2 - Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities. The storm water discharge will be from Possible ground disturbance due to large equipment for clearing (no grubbing), and ground disturbance associated with stream restoration and trail construction along Little Walnut Creek. Storm water swales from surrounding housing developments and roadways will be reconstructed to better manage storm flows. located in NE, NW, SE, & SW 1/4S, Section 22, Township 79 North, Range 26 West, Dallas County. Storm water will be discharged from non-point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Little Walnut Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, 502 E 9th St, Des Moines IA 50319.
