The stormwater discharge will be from GRADING ACTIVITIES FOR CONSTRUCTION OF COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT located in SW 1/4, 16-80-25, POLK COUNTY, NW QUADRANT OF THE INTERSECTION OF NW ROWE DR & NW 110TH CT, JOHNSTON. Storm water will be discharged from 2 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: BEAVER CREEK. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
