PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE

PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Mainline Construction plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from construction of Alice's Road Improvements located in E1/2 Section 27 and W1/2 Section 26, all within T79N,R26W in Dallas County, Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from multiple point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Unnamed tributary to Halbrook Creek and unnamed tributary to Little Walnut Creek, both tributaries to the Racoon River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
