PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE City of Ankeny plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from roadway widening of SE Oralabor Road from 80 LF east to 380 LF west of SE Four Mile Drive and SE Four Mile Drive from 130 LF south to 350 LF north of SE Oralabor Road located in 1/4 SW S29, 1/4 SE S30, 1/4 NE S31, 1/4 NW S32, T80N, R23W, Polk. Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Fourmile Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
