PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE City of Pleasant Hill, Iowa plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from construction of the University Ave and Shadyview Blvd Improvements Project located in NW & NE 1/4, Section 4, T78N, R23W, Polk County - Intersection of University Ave and Shadyview Blvd in Pleasant Hill, Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: roadway to ditch, to unnamed tributary, to Little Fourmile Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Ave Suite 220, Des Moines, IA 50321.
