PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE SST - Forevergreen LLC plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from construction of a commercial and residential development located in NW1/4 & SW1/4 of Section 23, Township 80N, Range 7W . Storm water will be discharged from one point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: unnamed tributary to clear Creek to the Iowa River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Avenue, Suite 200, Des Moines, IA 50321.
