PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE City of West Des Moines, Iowa plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from Roadway and Underground Utility Construction located in located in the SW 1/4 and SE 1/4 of Section 24, and the NW 1/4 and NE 1/4 of Section 25, Township 78 North, Range 26 West of the 5th P.M., Dallas County, Iowa.. Storm water will be discharged from 4 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: tributaries of the Raccoon River. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 502 E. 9th Street, Des Moines, IA 50319-0034.
