PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE Frampton Homes plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from single family home construction located in SE 1/4 of Section 29, T80N, R25W, in Polk County. Storm water will be discharged from 2 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: storm sewer and ditches to unnamed tributaries to Beaver Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Ave Suite 200, Des Moines, IA 50321.
