PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE DHC3, LLC plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from grading and construction of a residential development located in the NE 1/4 of Section 10, T-77N, R-25W, of an official Plat of Norwalk, Warren County, Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from 2 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: Middle Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Ave., Ste. 200, Des Moines, IA 50321.
