PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE The City of Ankeny plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from construction of a park with associated facilities located in NE 1/4, Section 17, Township 80 North, Range 23 West and the SE 1/4, Section 17, Township 80 North, Range 23 West. Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: an unnamed tributary of Fourmile Creek. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Avenue, Suite 200, Des Moines, IA 50321.
