The stormwater discharge will be from Construction of a commercial property. located in SW 1/4, Section 10, Township 79 North, Range 25 West, Polk County.. Storm water will be discharged from one point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: North Walnut Creek via overland flowage, storm sewer and unnamed ditches.. Comments may be submitted to the Storm Water Discharge Coordinator, Iowa Department of Natural Resources, Environmental Protection Division, 6200 Park Avenue, Suite 200, Des Moines, IA 50321.
