PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORM WATER DISCHARGE MidAmerican Energy Company plans to submit a Notice of Intent to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under the NPDES General Permit No. 2 "Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity for Construction Activities". The stormwater discharge will be from replacement of an existing natural gas pipeline. located in SW 1/4 of Section 17 and in the NW ¼ of Section 20, all in T79N- R6W in Johnson County, Iowa. Storm water will be discharged from 1 point source(s) and will be discharged to the following streams: unnamed tributaries to Willow Creek to the Iowa River..
