PUBLIC NOTICE OF STORMWATER DISCHARGE GRI Outdoors plans to submit a Notice of Intent (NOI) to the Iowa Department of Natural Resources to be covered under National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Stormwater. General Permit No. 1 - Storm Water Discharge Associated with Industrial Activity. The stormwater discharge will be from a facility engaged in renewable energy construction and wind turbine blade recycling. The stormwater discharge will be located in SW, 31, 84N, 27W, Boone County, 1186 G Ave Ogden, IA 50212. Stormwater will be discharged to the following receiving streams: East Beaver Creek to Beaver Creek to the Des Moines River.
