PUBLIC NOTICE Opening of the NORTH PARK PHASE II WAITING LIST The South Mississippi Housing and Development Corporation is currently accepting pre-applications for the NORTH PARK ESTATES PHASE II ONLINE until June 30, 2026, at 5:00 pm. This is a fully web-based pre-application process. Pre-applications will be available and accepted ONLINE ONLY. 5:00 p.m. on June 30, 2026, the waiting list will close. APPLY ONLINE at: www.southmississippihousing.org The link to apply is available on the home page of SMHA's website. You will need to click the link and follow the online instructions.
