PUBLIC NOTICE P/N: SAC-2024-00148 PUBLIC NOTICE P/N: SAC-2024-00148 HHI 226 LLC has applied to the South Carolina Department of Environmental Services for a State Certification to construct a mixed-use development which contains single and multi-family residential, commercial, hotel accommodations and a range of retail facilities. The 236.89 acre project area is located in the southeast quadrant of Interstate 95 and US 278 in Jasper County, South Carolina (32.305074°, -81.056709°) The proposed project includes impacts to 16.975 acres of wetlands for the construction of a road network, destination retail facilities, restaurants, and stormwater management system. The development will be for public and private use in wetlands associated with Brickyard Swamp and the New River.
